Distance Sales Contract


DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. Parties
This contract is signed between the seller whose information is given below: It was established electronically between HadiSazÇalalım and the consumer ("Buyer") who purchases products or services from [hadisazcalalim.com] in order to regulate the legal obligations regarding distance sales.

2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

This contract is between the Buyer and the Seller [ It determines the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered from the [hadisazcalalim.com] website.


3. Product and Order Information

The Buyer electronically confirms the order summary, which includes information such as the name of the product or service chosen during the order, its quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method, delivery address and delivery time.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card, money order/EFT or other payment methods accepted by the seller.
  • The order will not be processed until payment is completed.
  • Digital products can be accessed instantly after payment is made.

5. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

  • Products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged and complete.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • The seller undertakes that all products offered for sale comply with the relevant laws.

8. Force Majeure

Events that develop beyond the control of the parties and prevent them from fulfilling their obligations under the contract (natural disaster, war, epidemic, internet outage, etc.) are considered force majeure. In such cases, the parties cannot be held responsible.


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in his/her place of residence.


10. Entry into Force and Acceptance

By placing an order, the Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms of this contract.
